ABOUT

I'm a recovering academic. After several years of academic research in the humanities and teaching writing and history, I realized academia wasn't for me, but I always loved sharing good stories with others. I wanted a job that would still let me do that, so I pursued a career in publishing. I joined Olswanger Literary in 2021.

Outside work, I love trying new hobbies and activities that are tactile to get me away from screens. Recent favorites are pickleball, painting miniatures, playing Magic: The Gathering, and most recently (and most enjoyably) learning to blow glass.
